b. We reserve the right to refuse service or participation to any individual who appears to be under the influence for the safety of themselves and others.

c. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in a suitable physical and mental state to safely engage in our activities.

8. Loss or Damage of Equipment:

a. You are responsible for the care and safekeeping of the rented SUP equipment during the rental period.

b. In the event of loss, theft, or damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear, you will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

c. We reserve the right to charge your provided payment method or withhold a security deposit to cover the costs associated with any loss or damage to the equipment.

Note: It is important to handle the rented SUP equipment with care and return it in the same condition as received. Any loss or damage to the equipment may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement expenses.

9. Parental Disclaimer:

a. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to participate in our SUP rentals and tours.

b. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of any minors participating in our activities.

c. By allowing a minor to participate, parents or legal guardians acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the activity on behalf of the minor.

Note: We prioritize the safety of all participants, including minors. It is the responsibility of parents or legal guardians to provide consent, supervision, and ensure the well-being of minors during our SUP rentals and tours.

10. Swimming Ability Requirement:

a. It is mandatory for all participants to have basic swimming skills and be comfortable in the water.

b. By participating in our SUP rentals and tours, you acknowledge that you possess the necessary swimming abilities to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

Note: Being able to swim is essential for your safety while engaging in water-based activities. It is important to assess your swimming abilities honestly and only participate if you are confident in your skills.
